Experienced financial expert with proven experience in auditing, controlling and finance management. His career in finances started in auditing, where he worked as a senior auditor on a multitude of statutory audits and consolidated financial statements, understanding of the entity, its operations and functioning of internal controls, coordinating and carrying out fieldwork, as well as providing local and multinational clients with a range of consulting services.

As a Head of the Finances in multinational IT company, he was accountable for the functionality of the finances and legal department. His expertise is finance management including controlling, financial planning, reporting and budgeting.

Saša is focused on development and implementation of financial strategies that support and ensure both our clients’ and our company growth.

Gordan is a key person for tax optimization of all our clients. He is invaluable when it comes to observation of all aspects of business transactions and their tax impact. Through continuous monitoring of tax regulations and education, Gordan creates the knowledge base of our tax advisory employees in the most complex tax transactions. Due to this approach, we provide complete service by looking at our clients’ overall business to provide the most optimal solution for their problem.

He developt his career as Senior Accountant in IT multinational company. In his career, he passed all levels in accounting and tax avisory. After graduation from tax academy, he devoted himself to tax counseling and educating younger colleagues.

Gordan is focused on tax consulting and accounting that supports all aspects of clients’ bussiness and help them to achieve their growth needs.

With strong operational, financial and accounting experience, Marija is a senior expert at business consulting with an ideal combination of knowledge and experience in financial, accounting and tax consulting area. She is driven by passion, with track record of providing high value advices to companies of all sizes, business organizations or enterprises, entrepreneurs, institutions and other non-profit organizations that deal with a wide range of different activities.

Her career in accounting started in domestic accounting company. She passed all levels in organization after what she was promoted to Branch Manager. She is accountable for the functionality of accounting departmant, leading and educating junior accountants.

Marija is focused on accounting and business consulting that support all aspects of client’s bussiness.

Milica combines more than a decade of experience across audit, tax advisory and M&A. She helps clients make financial decisions with a clear view of the numbers, the risks and the tax consequences.

She began her career in external audit, where she led audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial due diligence for M&A transactions. She then spent eight years in Deloitte’s Tax Advisory practice and rose to Director. There she advised clients on M&A transactions, internal reorganisations and tax incentives.

At Financial Development she heads the Financial Advisory team. She supports clients as an outsourced CFO, covering controlling, budgeting and reporting as well as transaction preparation and execution. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has been an ACCA member since 2016.

Teodora graduated from the Faculty of Economics and has built her professional career at Financial Development. She has been part of the team since the firm was founded. She helped it grow from its first clients to the team it is today and knows every part of our work first-hand.

As Branch Manager she leads the accounting team, coordinates its work and oversees service quality and client relationships. Her background in economics and years of work with clients across many industries make her a trusted point of contact for day-to-day accounting, tax and business questions.

She focuses on accuracy, clear communication and timely responses, so clients always have well-kept records and a clear view of their business. She also puts particular emphasis on how the team is organised and on developing junior colleagues.
