- The name FinDev® is protected and may not be used without the consent of the trademark holder.
- The logo and name must be used in their original form, without changes to colors, proportions or added elements.
- Use of the mark for promotional or commercial purposes is permitted only with prior written approval.
- Upon expiry, the trademark may be renewed for further 10-year periods of protection, an unlimited number of times, in accordance with Article 39 of the Law on Trademarks ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 6/2020).
